The first days of Autumn are here, but it’s a little soon for pumpkin pie.  Carrot cake, however, is definitely in season.

This is a new creation that will be making its debut today.  Our Banana Walnut Cake has a cream cheese filling, and walnuts sprinkled on top.  Yum!
